E250CDI Sport Convertible squeals like deliverance

Ive had it since 31 Jan this year and in the last month it has been back to MB Nottingham 3 times and is booked in again for squealing like a pig.
Original fault was traced to rear n/s brakes which eventually I got them to repair under warranty as after 6k it needed new pads and discs on that corner only. They said brakes aren't covered under warranty, my reply was but its only 1 rear corner....oh yes, we'll speak with warranty. A week later they agreed it was a warranty issue and replaced.
Since then it has been back twice and is booked in again for next week.
Has anyone else had an issue? Apparently MB are saying its a known fault....
I'm trying to reject it, as I don't feel its safe.
