Mercedes S Class 350

Hi

I am kinda new to this website so a big hello!

I am 23 year old an sinse a relative has passed away an left some money behind I have decided to treat my self to a new car. I am considering in getting the Merc S Class 350, Petrol (sorry but I aint a disel fan), the year of this is 2009 model with 22k on the clock.

I am woundering if i put aside 5k for repairs, could I be able to run this car on a budget? I used to own a Rover 75 2ltr v6 which got 15 mpg most off the time so fuel dont bother me, also anything I need to watch out for...
