Reasons for not buying a CLS 320

Come the new year we would like to buy a new (to us) daily driver. The CLS 320D looks to good to be true
The 2007/8 model with up to 100,000 miles seems to offer the perfect car for us. Even the insurance is very reasonable.

Any good reasons not to buy.

I had a 2009 model for 2 years as a lease. Only did 20K in 2 years - and never had any trouble with it at all in this time.

I did go through 4 tyres in that time though, and none of them got as far as wearing out, because they were punctured, and not repairable. All punctures (whilst driving) on the sidewall. Two courtesy of potholes - and 2 were mysterious blow outs.

Thinking about doing a swap around of cars next year, and may go back to one for a bit.

My wife has a 2008 facelift 320 cdi (factory AMG spec) car which she has run for 3 years. It has been pretty much faultless. It will be going up for sale this week. Let me know if interested.
