CLA delivery dates

Im thinking on ordering a CLA 220 cdi and just wondered if anyone else has one on order and what sort of delivery times they had been quoted?

They're rare as rocking horse st at the moment. We don't have any unsold units at all for this year, we would quite Jan/Feb 14 I think at the moment - unless we get an allocation top up in q4.

They'll be churning them out at ridiculously low lease rates before long rest assured

I have a CLA 220 loan car today whilst my E350 CDI is in having it's targeting system looked at.

All I can say is... I'm glad I drive a E-class normally!! The engine in the CLA is horrible. Nasty diesel noise, slow, horrible inertia/winding up feeling in the auto-box when you floor it, takes longer for the auto-start to re-start the engine, and the whole car shakes when it does.

The interior is also FULL of rattles/vibration noises when driving on a coarse surface. It would be 'I'm handing it back if you don't fix that' if I had bought this car!

The cabin feels pretty small, but it isn't a small car overall. I just don't it. Also in all black, with blacked out rear windows and black wheels it is far too 'gangsta' for me. It made me feel like a member of Disaster Area:

"Every time I press one of these black controls, labelled in black on a black background, a little black light lights up black to let me know I've done it."

lol so all in all AVOID! I need to drive one first to make my own mind up and shoot me now but i like the look of it!
