SL350 - whine from brakes

Morning all, I have a new SL350 AMG Sport which has so far done about 500 miles.

Whenever I'm out driving and lightly apply the brakes I can hear a high pitched whine from the brakes.

Is this normal? are they just wearing in/warming up?

I have the same new car as you - 1000 miles. I have not been aware of any whine from mine at all.

get it checked out at the dealers under warranty mate.
