My 1999 230 clk has developed an odd fault, when locked the alarm comes on, this happens two three times I read somewhere that a low battery can trigger this, so dusted off the charger and gave 5-6 hours boost, and here we are 6 or so hours later all quiet.
Any one else had this problem? I'd like to hear if anyone has, looks like a new battery will be on the shopping list.
On a positive note my old e 280 raced through its mot minus any advisories.
