W204 C350 Winter Tyres - 17inch?

I want to buy some second hand winter tyres and alloys for my 2008 W204 C350 estate. I currently have 18inch alloys so can anyone confirm the new wheels I need are:-

Size: 17inch (apparently I can't use the 16inch alloy because of my larger disc brakes)
Rim Width = 7.5J
OffSet = 47

Winter Tyres
225/45 R17 91H

Are they both the same for front and backs as currently I have different summer ones?
Front 255/40 R18, and Rears 255/35 R18

Yes, 17" with 225/45 tyres all round are recommended MB set-up and what I have too. I think 16" might even fit but the car may look a bit under wheeled with that.

Thanks Rassi, I ordered a used set from Germany on OEM Mercedes 5 spoke alloys running Pirelli Sotto Zero tyres. Can't wait to try them out as the summers on 18inch alloys are not very grippy at the moment.

Looking very good! That is a very nice wheel design, and with proper winter tyres you will be ready for the next months - I put my 17" set on this week too.
