im trying to make my mind up if this looks good with a kit on it or not. I like standard cars usually but period bodykits are ultra rare. clearly the wheels are wrong and would have to be changed

Looks wrong on the W126, IMHO. The extra visual mass added as a chin ruins the elegance of the SEC's original lines. I like the more purposeful SECs, such as the widebody, but this is that "neither fish nor fowl" thing.

looks lovely, I'm not a bodykit fan but could live with that. If the car was "right" i wouldn't turn it down for the body kit. Decent wheels are going to cost a pretty penny though.

The body kit and wheels are just cosmetic and subjective but the paint defects and apparent lack of reference to a service history would put me straight off. The bodywork issues are not specified but if ur into new wings, rear arches etc then you'd be better off spending more up front on a different car.
