Q?? About C63 on a dyno.

I had the opportunity to dyno my car post map with an independent provider. However, since organising it I've been told a C63 cannot be done on a 2wd dyno without some piece of software for the car or dyno. Is this true? Never had an issue with any car previously.

Dyno is a Hofmann Dynatest Pro 360.

Its ok folks, I've answered my own Q? The dyno in question doesn't appear to be able to test vehicles with big on a single axle.
