This will be the last service I do on the car since selling in April/May when I get my replacement
Up to date the car has full mb service history
When I booked it into mb the other day I call them the day before to let them know I won't make it the 09:00 arranged time, but 1pm instead - was told no problem
Thee next day I get a voice mail saying I missed my appointment and to call them to re-book, I tried calling but no answer so decided to set off anyway to drop my car of at 1 as arranged. I keep calling and no answer until 45 minutes later (pretty much outside the dealer now) and was told they can't take my car and need to come back next week. After sitting in 45 mins traffic and trying many many times to call them on the way I was furious
So now my question to you. Would the last service not done by mb affect my resale value? I want to take it to my local mechanic/garage which is nice and simple!
