Hi I am looking for a 63 coupe and have noticed quite a variance in prices even though the options are pretty similar or in my case irrelevant apart from the pp cars.
I have also been watching them and even though a few have sold in the last couple of months most appear to be sitting there and get reduced after a month or so.
The main dealer cars mostly seem to have a finance cash back offer which from my understanding is only offered on stock over 90 days old.
So my questions are:
Is there nobody buying these cars right now?
Would I be too cheeky asking at least a couple of grand off the more expensive cars to bring them in line with the other advertised cars? (Eg there is 2013 car with 1500 miles for under 42k, and several 2012 cars at the £40k mark)
Finally MB finance is 9.9% Are there better deals with a balloon payment?

You should definitely ask for a discount. Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay and the dealers will not want this stock sitting around for any longer than it has to.

They'll do a much better deal on the finance rate, they'll get closer to 5% fixed. I pushed really hard at the dealers and ended up over £100 per month better off than the first price they gave me, mix of lower price and reduced APR.
