cls 320 cdi v6 oil leak below filler cap

I was changing some faulty bulbs today and noticed some black oil pooling on the very front of the drivers side of the engine below the filler cap area and it seems to be coming from some sort of a plastic cover.
No oil has been added or topped up so I'm wondering if you would have any ideas where this leak could be from?
It's nothing too major at the minute but something I'd like to get fixed
Ive added a pic of an engine showing where the leak is.
The second lower circle also shows where theres some oil/gas/debris leaking maybe from a gasket on that pipe work. Any ideas what that is? Is it a line to the oil cooler?
