I can't seam to find the right c63 at the moment, but an 11 plate one has come up on eBay HV11UVV. I really didn't want to buy from a non dealer, but with my budget it's looks like it's the only option.

Does anyone know the car, or give me any advice at all? Item number on eBay is 381042482164

I know you don't want to buy from non dealer but try Shaks specialist cars Huddersfield. He has a few really nice c63 he knows the cars inside out and really helpful. Hope you find the one you want they're great machines.

Ha ha, I'm sure I'll love it. I'll miss the 50 mpg of my current car though, oh well POWER is far more important than economy!!

Hold out for a facelifted version. Much nicer place to be imo.

Facelift would of been great, but I just couldn't justify spending £35k on a car. Er, or the Mrs wouldn't let me justify it!!!

Buying from non dealers is fine as long as you check the cars history ring wherever it's been serviced & make sure the receipts tally with the stamps in the service book.

Then put your own personal warranty on it if you're worried dealers buy cars from private sellers so why not cut out the middle man & save ££££

From 50mpg to 18mpg... enjoy smile

I love mine, but £75 for <200 miles can hurt!!

Make sure you use super unleaded as the M156 doesn't enjoy the weak stuff.

Thanks guys. Yeah, service history, hpi, spec checked, engine number and chassis checked so I've done as much as I can really.

Roll on Wednesday and goodbye to economy!

Just bought a 14 plate C63, being delivered on Friday. Was hooked after a 45min drive, can't wait for it to land on my drive. Hopefully this will be a car I won't get easily bored with. I had an SLK55 back in 07 and the novelty of that wore off fairly rapidly thanks to the poor handling. One thing I will say is that I preferred the steering feel on the C63 over the E92 M3 and the turn in was a lot sharper I thought. This is coming from someone who has bought M cars fairly religiously over the past 10 years.

You could go for a Re-map first.....(Eurocharged) that will change the exhaust note considerably with louder blips on downshifts and push you up to roughly 520BHP. But saying that if yours is a PP car it will be 480BHP standard so probably not as noticeable as on a standard car.

(Just bang the Weistec Supercharger on and 700+BHP happy days)

If your interested in the Exhaust then i would recommend a IPE valved exhaust.
