C63 7G-Tronic. Good for how many miles?

Pre facelift cars only. Has anyone got experience with the high milers? Is the 7-GTronic good for moon miles? My previous PPP only had 20k on the clock so can't really make a decision based on previous. I'm toying with running an early car for a bit whilst i decide what to get further down the line.
