heated rear seats?

Hi all,

I'm looking to replace the family E320 estate with an E350. But, there are always complaints from whoever is relegated to the rear seats that they have cold butt cheeks (a proper first world hardship I know).

I've seen that a few cars have heated rear seats, but can these be retrofitted by MB, or is something that has to have been ordered from new?
