Mercedes 190e Evolution 2 Suspension

Hello Guys

Does anyone know if the suspension on the evolution 2 is supposed to go up and down on both the front and back wheels? or the back wheels only?

and can anyone recommend a good Mercedes specialist who can look after the Evo in the Berkshire area?
