How cheap does a W221 65 AMG with mega miles have to be?

I've noticed a W221 S65 AMG for sale on Autotrader with 200k on it - it's been for sale for ages for £17k (started at £22k according to the photo!) There's also a W220 one I like that's £20k; also for sale for ages but with much lower miles.
Realistically, how low does the price need to be once the mileage is at 200k? I prefer the W220 actually but a bottomless pit of pain if things go wrong? Plus the W220 doesn't have the best reputation in the world for quality. Are these cars essentially unsellable now unless you part them out or price them less than £10k?
