Windscreen Wipers not working

The windscreen Wipers on my SLK55 havé stopped working
Nô washer either
Checked the 3 fuses It says on thé leaflet but they are ok
Could it be a relay?
Any Help would be appreciated as i am in Cornwall and It rains a lot down here!
