W205 c63 brake squeal

I have had my c63 since new (8months), the noise from the rear of the car is atrocious.
The dealer first replaced the pads then replaced the disks and pads and now say they are waiting for a different pad from Mercedes.
It has got that bad that I have now formally tried to reject the car and ask for a refund.
I am going to presume that Mercedes will not support their rejection as apparently a performance car should expect some sort of noise from the brakes according to them. The car is 8 months old and has done 8k miles. This can't be right as the car surely should be flawless given it is a flagship model!?
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?
My w204 c63 previously had brake noise problems initially but a pad change rectified the issue.
