W126 500 SE Buying Advice...

Hi Merc beards!

I've found a 1985 W126 500 SE which has some rust around the arches, but is supposedly decent mechanically.

Will buying this lead to financial ruination? I'm not too fussed about bodywork as this can be rectified as I go. I'm not looking to create a concours car but just a realatively tidy classic would be nice.

Any advice for a potential W126 buyer?
