Is anyone able to help? Looking at getting an S500 Coupe (trading in a 2013 S350) and the Bracknell (Ascot) garage are having issues with their emails and the Guildford branch were unbelievably useless on the phone - wanting me to go online and spec up the model so they can quote against it!
Looking for either group stock with very low mileage or a factory order. Can be outright purchase or PCP but need to run the numbers to figure out what's best. Too busy to pop in til the weekend when the decision will be made, so was looking to get most of it in place over the phone. Sadly this isn't for me, but one of the directors of the business but as I'm "into my cars" I'm always asked to do the leg work!

It is amazing how many times I have heard people say this. I would have expected more from a brand like Mercedes-Benz. My experience is the same having visited 2 dealerships in East Anglia with the cash ready and they showed no interest whatsoever in selling me a new car.Don't think its the manufacturer or necessarily the dealer just the staff. I have a Mercedes dealer with two outlets local to me. Outlet one just didn't want to know and I couldn't get anyone to speak to me. The other outlet couldn't have been more professional and helpful, bought two vehicles off them so far.
