W211 center console Bluetooth

Hi all,
The plug in Bluetooth device the lives in the center console has recently failed, i am trying to work out if its the device or harness or something further up the line that is responsible, but cant seem to find any wiring diagrams for this particular part. Has anyone any experience with them and know how much power i should be seeing at the docking station?
In the event i don't make any headway, can anyone recommend any specialists for such information in the Essex area? The particular device in question costs near £300 to replace so i would rather see if it can be fixed first!
