If you can keep it on a trickle charger, do so
keep unlocked and widows open slightly
do not periodically start it up, unless run properly and on the road, can cause more harm than good
over inflate tyres to avoid flat spots
cover with a thin cotton sheet, apply a decent wax beforehand
pull out some fuses so it can't be started as leaving unlocked, fuel pump, etc. Remove plug caps and so on
Put a window shelf style dehumidifier in the boot
Cars made in modernish times, say after 1990, store very well with simple precautions.
