W205 TPMS Question
Discussion
I have a W205 with TPMS valves.
I would like to get a second set of wheels for winter. I'll put TPMS valves in these too. Couple of questions if you can help.
Do the valves need programming to the car, or do they auto detect?
Do I use OEM valves, or are there any aftermarket jobs which work?
TIA.

Some info for anyone else with the same question (but it doesn't look like it
).
Mercedes part number A0009058504 is a full set of four valves. It was £185 including VAT from my local dealer, so compared favourably with aftermarket sets.
It took a couple of miles at the most before they were automatically detected by the car and everything was OK.
