Mercedes Command phone connection

I have bluetoothed my blackberry priv to my CLS and it is working fine EXCEPT the microphone is turned off and the caller can`t hear me.
Does anyone know what I have or have not done.

It`s working well now. Perhaps it was a turn off turn on moment
