DAB radio not working

I have an issue with my DAB radio not working (Comand unit says "device unavailable"). I have read about issues with these in the past but thought this had all been fixed. Anyone else still having a problem?

If it is dropping out frequently, but otherwise working, then the problem may be that the DAB tuner is unable to cope with more than 100 stations within reception range, which is now more likely as the DAB network expands. There is a software fix for this which you would have to get your MB dealer to apply. If the message is permanent then it is something else, possibly a DAB tuner failure or connection problem.

I can't get any stations at all. I guess a visit to the dealer is required and hope it'll be covered by the warranty.
