W123 drive shaft boot replacment

Any one replaced the driveshaft boots on a w123 or similar with after market ones,if so which did you use? .Is it difficult to get them over the cans useing a cone .I beleive that with the mecedes boots you need to dissemble the joint and use a machine to roll the cans round the boot so I am looking for a simple method of replacing them.
