Anyone got a N/A CL55 AMG

Mercedes didn't make an N/A CL55 do you mean CLK55?

They did, only for 2 years, 2000 and 2001, then they dropped the s/c lump in

The dash is the same for the N/A 99-02 CLs as the 03-06 supercharged versions (except for the text 'V8 Kompressor" on the later models. They are interchangeable and if I recall shared with some other models.

Are you 100% on the Dash?
If it is, it's the only one with standard mercedes dials.
My c36 and e55 have bespoke AMG dials

Do you have one and if so is there any way to differentiate between a 55 and a 500?

I owned one of the last RHD N/A CL55s built, until I traded it for a W216 CL63 a few years back. It was on an '03 plate built in 2002.

Pretty sure there was a large AMG logo to the top of the rev counter, like this:




Mine had the original 4:3 COMAND unit rather than the latter widescreen unit.


Loved the car and sometimes wish we'd kept it along side the newer one.....

As I thought the clocks always have an AMG logo

Saw this and was mightily tempted to go have a look

But my initial suspicions proved correct.
Odds on its a 500, nice car but not one to replace my E55.
