SL500 Wood Leather Wheel & Gear Selector

I've recently bought myself for the summer a lovely SL500 (2003). Dark Blue with light coloured interior. It's only done 45000miles but the steering wheel and gear knob are really shiny. Therefore would like to try and replace them and ideally would like a wood leather steering wheel. Can anyone recommend where might be best to look. Obviously tried eBay and so far come up with this:

Can't seem to find any matching Mercedes Gear knobs. Any help greatly appreciated.
