I Tried My Best but ...................
Discussion
I have had an S65 for 8 years and decided to change it when the costs started coming in. I couldn't find a suitable S65 replacement so I thought try an S600 instead - should be similar in most respects. So I had a lovely 2014 S600 for about 4 months. Completed 5000 miles including a great 3 weeks in France and Italy - but it is not an S65!! Fortunately I found one on a 2014 plate, great spec and I fell complete again having picked it up today. In a previous post I once said it was the Greatest Car that I have Ever Owned - and that it Would Be Impossible to Replace. I was right and now having bought another I feel over the moon. I Tried My Best but ....... always an S65 for me

I'm fairly new to the world of V12 Mercedes but I agree there is something about the AMG V12's that I love too. There never seems to be moment or condition when you feel there isn't enough oomph. Deceptively quiet too and I'm a big fan of the suspension system, OK running costs are fairly high but the MB service plan seems to favour V12 models at £41 per month for three years.Gassing Station | Mercedes | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
