2016 SL spec geek question

I don't know if anyone is geeky enough to answer this one (or point me to the answers, I've tried Googling).

I've been looking at 2016 SL400s today, and it looks like there might be a spec change at around September. September on cars have Dynamic Select which alters (I believe) suspension firmness, throttle mapping gearbox change points and I think exhaust noise. Pre Sept 2016 have a suspension comfort/sport button there instead. I think there might be some other changes too, just wondering quite what.

Just to add, appears to be a power boost from 333hp to 367hp too.
