I'm embarking on a W124 C36 AMG engine swap

After a brief period of trying to sell my W124 I've decided that I actually do love it after all and will be keeping it. I honestly couldn't find anything for similar money that I'd rather have.
This epiphany has led to purchasing: a complete set of polyurethane bushes, H&R sport springs, all new steering linkage balljoints, Bilstein shocks AND.... an engine from a C36 AMG.
From what I've read it all sounds very easy to do and is practically plug and play. I'll be using the stock wiring and 2.8 ECU, which I understand I'll need to get flashed with the AMG Map (any recommendations on who to do this would be appreciated)
