Have spotted a few adverts about this in the media recently - seems like the Dieselgatr scandal is about to become a big thing for Mercedes.

Anyone already pursuing this? Or thinking of pursuing? Or advising against pursuing?

Thoughts? I'd find it hard to believe anyone gave consideration to how many daisies would be killed by their diesel Mercedes, that its cleanliness made any difference to their choice. MPG and cost of RFL perhaps, but not emissions.

Its the next phase of our new ambulance chasing claims culture now that the PPI deadline has passed - claiming for something because you can, not because you feel youve genuinely been disadvantaged.
