Fitting a tow bar to a 2019 E class estate

Has anybody had a tow bar fitted to a 2019 (2016- date) E class estate? Was there any issues with the sensors when in use and is it quite discrete?

I’m looking to have one fitted to carry bicycles and I cannot find any information or images for this particular model.
