Facelift or not?

How do I tell if this A45 amg is facelift or pre? It's a 65 plate.

Any help would be great as I don't know my facelifts etc.

Yes, that front end is a facelift...solid DRL in front lights (vs the more dotted strip) and layout of buttons on steering wheel is also another sign between them.
