Mercedes E320 blocking garden access

My neighbour has left his E320 off road blocking my garden access. He is not responding to my written requests to move it and is never around to talk to. I just need to move it back a couple of metres but it is stuck in park. It is unlocked but of course I don't have the key. Any suggestions for how to move it back?
