Old phone style dashboard replacement CLA

does anyone know somewhere i can buy a replacement "ipad / android" for the nasty phone button dials dashboard in a 2017 cla?

was hoping i can get something to replace it or make it look more modern

Buy a 2019 CLA, it is much more modern.

This is meant to be humorous of course, but do you really want to be ripping out parts of your dashboard with the potential problems that can bring?
You knew and accepted the car when you bought it after all.
