C-class W205 2016 - add apple carplay?

hey all... what are my options for adding carplay to my car please? C63s 2016 / W205. I can see online there are OBD code activation adapters, but also larger hardware kits and so on... has anyone done this? I want to avoid a cheapo/rubbish solution and want to it be as OEM as possible

I'm in a few FB groups for AMG stuff and there's a few adds for replacing the screen with the later shape and the inclusion of carplay, Netflix etc.

From what I can see it's pretty plug and play.
