2019 C43 Coolant Temperature

I've recently noticed that the car seems to take a long time to get up to normal running temperature. I know it's winter but it's currently taking 10 -15 miles before the water temperature exceeds 50 deg. C. I'd be interested to know what other peoples experience is.

I'm no mechanic but I'm thinking that the thermostat is fully open even when cold hence the time to warm up. Oil temperature comes up OK though.

I'd appreciate any thoughts or comments.
