Getting previous service history (commercial)

Have bought an ex Merc managed lease Sprinter - however supplying dealer manages the supply of the whole national fleet for a major customer and servicing was done 'locally'.

Being told prior service history to it coming off lease and returned to (my) supplying dealer is unavailable...

Any ways around this? It's crazy low mileage for age/type, and I've no real concerns - but it's bloody annoying (and would actually be very useful to know the servicing location as it'll inform me a lot more about it's prior use/life).

Do you know which dealer serviced it? Where was it based? Who was the first customer?

Don't know which dealer or where it was based.

Was part of Sainsbury's fleet, and bought by me as the second user after it came off lease with them from Cicely Commercials who I believe manage the 'account'.

Are Cicely your nearest commercial merc service agent? Either way a commercial merc main dealer will be able to pull the files for your vehicle if they can be arsed. Be nice to them and hopefully they can help you.

No, they're a LONG way from me. Almost as far as it's possible to be in England!

Awesome for the tip, I need to go in and order some bits from parts department anyway (which I know full well I'll be getting fleeced for!) - will see if I can sweet talk the service department, I'm sure a big box of jaffa cakes will help!
