Sat Nav not connecting to network (satellites)

Hi, I have a problem with my C-class on a 19 plate not connecting to the network (satellite's.)

This follows parking for a week at Stansted Airport - it has been suggested the their signal blocker my have caused the problem. The sat nav worked perfectly before this.

Either way, I have tried pretty well everything (as suggested by Chat gpt.) - I wonder if anyone has any idea before booking it into Mercedes?

The car is not under warranty.
