Choosing Merc - help!

What is the oldest and most interesting Mercedes option for me if i have to have 5 seats each with a proper (3 point) seat belt..?

Suggestions welcome including aftermarket addition of a third seatbelt if this is indeed possible and not too expensive?

I don't think the w124 had a three point harness in the centre of the back seat. But the two seats in the boot of the estate cars do.

Indeed, you are right but I have found that for a couple of hundred quid a 3 point belt can be added.
