CO2 Rating on W126 500 SEC
Discussion
Could anyone help, a customer of mine is looking at a Mercedes 500 SEC we have ( http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/528044.htm ). The chap is in County Cork in the Republic of Ireland where road tax is based on CO2 emissions, like ours.
In order to import and register the car over there he needs to know the CO2 emissions of the SEC which don't seem to be available online as most resources only go back to 2001 when the new RFL system came in and logbooks began to have the CO2 rating on them.
Does anyone know of any way of getting the details? It is a beautiful old car and the chap seems really keen so I would like it to go to a nice customer.
