SLK name display not showing

Chap at work has an SLK, he's setup his blackberry with the bluetooth of the car but its not showing the name of the person calling (on the dashboard), just the number. Any idea's?

If I ask him will he know what you mean? Its when he receives a call.

Functionality on Merc BT units seems to fluctuate wildy depending upon the handset in use. Some give full features, some give limited and some just don't work at all!

Merc seem to favour Siemens and Nokia so possibly the Blackberry (and in particular, his model) only supports limited functionality. A quick "Google" suggests that some have had trouble using the phonebook with 'berries.
