ML reversing light problem

Has anyone had a problem with their ML reversing lights? Our 2000ML's seem to have died; the bulbs are fine and the holdrs are clean, so it could be a problem either with a fuse (anyone know which one?) or with the switch when we go into reverse - if so how do we get to it?

Grateful for any ideas...
