at £1700 it was a steal for a 300D Estate, but £9k is all the money... nice prep job on it though biglaugh

9k ?? Autobahn always seem to be expensive to me , hasn't even got leather interior!

Autobarn are one of the "older" Merc specialists out there, who seems to charge a premium for the best examples they can find.
I guess their main customer base is those people who'd prefer an older Merc to a newer one, and they'd be willing to pay more for an older car.

Classic-Benz are another such example.

I dont have any particular issue with the prices such specialists charge, its just amusing to see in the space of a month its gone from a £1700 ebay purchase to a £9k premium classic biggrin

....as said £1700 was a steal though! ...As proved by the price hes put on it
