CL55 AMG or CL 600 BiTurbo

This might be a stupid question, but is there a big difference between the supercharged CL55AMG and the CL600 BiTurbo? Is it just the question of around 100bhp or is there more to it than that?

Haven't driven the 600, but if it substitutes a few more horses at the expense of the gattling gun V8 55 soundtrack, then I'd live without the extra performance that would be so rarely released

They have similar power outputs in standard form but the 600 has more torque and a lot better spec. The 55komp has the V8 sound track and is quite harsh compered to the 600. The 600 is easy-er and cheaper to tune. The 55 has a more responsive gearbox. Brakes are the same servicing costs the same.
I'm a 600 man but there are many who prefer the 55.

I had an S600, and wonderful though the engine is, you can tell that its a bit more nose-heavy than a V8.
