Need to determine build date of 04/04 registered CLK 500

I have heard about Valeo radiators and understand that you are OK if your car was built after 09/03. Mine was first registered 20/04/04 but could have been built many months earlier.

Thanks but I've found mention of a build date on a piece of paper in my file. Amazingly, the car was built 10 months before it was sold and it falls in the valeo radiator range (pre Sep 03).
