Right....time has come!

I really need some help sourcing panels for my 1969 Pagoda restoration.

Things are bad....my bodyshop has stripped the car and are currently blasting, taking paint off and generally stripping away some of the most shoddy previous 'repairs' carried out over the last 24 years. (Some of this has been done by some fairly well known places...and frankly they shoudl be ashamed!). The car has had just short of £40K spent it over the years since 1984.

Now that we're uncoverings the horrors:

I wondered if anyone knew of a good source for body panels?

This is the forst Merc if done and thus far I've only phoned a main-dealer. Some of the prices were so outlandish I can't believe someone somewhere has been manufacturing panels at a better price?

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks.

Yes, Walter is waiting for me to detail the parts that I need and then he can give me a price. Prices I've found elsewhere so far have been a bit shocking!

Just return from the bodyshop again this afternoon (I was taking my next BMW project there...thankfully just for paint!)...the Merc situation is even worse!
