is 3500 to much asking price for my c class its on ebay an i have spent a mint making its spotless inside and out but want a change

I don't know prices of W202s.

But I could not be selling for a number of reasons.
8 owners, 155k miles and manual transmission may well put off alot or potential buyers.
Also it's a pre-facelift Sport model, and doesn't have a/c (a desirable option in the W202).
It's 13 years old, so some people would be fearful of potential major mechanical problems in the not too distant future.

Also, don't forget you've modified the vehicle, which limits your potential market even further. Mods are personal preference, and there has to be someone out there who would be interested in that particular car at that the time of sale. They also don't add anything to the value of the car. I've spent a small fortune on the paintwork of my car, but I'll never see a return on the money spent.

Sorry it's all rather negative, but I guess that's the nature of your question.
